Ben handled everything — permits, scheduling, and coordination — and kept me updated every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly easy. The end result? Icon Outdoors was wonderful to work with. Ben and his team are professional, responsive, creative and hard working. The pool is gorgeous and we could not be happier with the results. I feel confident in the structure and stability of the pool. Ben answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make my ordinary back yard a beautiful oasis. We weren’t having a ton of luck finding a company that we wanted to put our trust in for our pool project. Luckily, a longtime friend suggested we reach out to Ben/Icon Outdoors. Ben and Nicole were fantastic to work with. Our pool is beautiful. Ben and his crew are extremely hard workers. They stick to the timeline and do what they say they will. It has been one of the smoothest projects we have ever had completed.
