We love our Munie Pool! Best pool company around! They started on our liner pool in Troy, Illinois on March 26 and finished by the first week in May. We have a gas heater so we’ve been enjoying our pool for 6 weeks now! It’s beautiful and we have absolutely no complaints! The owners and employees are good family people, are honest and will take care of you. They respond in a timely manner and are competitively priced! 5 stars all the way! Victoria Voumard

Called 4/20 first thing in the morning. Talked to a gentleman about quoting an above ground pool. We discussed several options. I asked to have some pricing email to me. It is now the evening on the 21st. No email, no phone call, still no start out pricing! Tried to contact the store twice, went to voice mail! With this start out I’ll be going else where!

DENIED SERVICE As a 30-year Air Force retired officer, in my humble opinion I would not recommend Munie Leisure pool store. On 9-3-2025 I called Munie Leisure pool store to schedule an appointment to have my swimming pool closed and left a message. My call was returned by “Julie”, and I was informed that I was placed on a “no service list” by the store owner “Steve”, so she could not schedule me for a pool closure thus risking damage to my swimming pool during the winter months ahead even though they opened it spring of 2025. We purchased an in ground pool from Munie almost 15 years ago. Their customer service has always been great! My husband recently passed and I had no clue what to do with the pool. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, they fit me in for weekly maintenance and even came twice in one week!! If you are looking for a pool or anything else they offer, look no further. Service is top notch and staff are wonderful 👍

We purchased our Jacuzzi hot tub at Munie. Chris was a pleasure to work with, and their support staff have been extremely helpful.

Great people, always happy to help and answer questions. We bought our above ground pool from them several years ago. Went back in today to purchase a new liner and they welcomed us back like old friends. Got what we needed at a great price and Chris answered all our questions and made sure we got all the right products.

Lovely receptionist, however please understand that they do not work on above ground pools like the tag suggests on here, nor will they have any references for such.
