Great place for all your pool needs. Have tried several different companies to service our pool over the years but this company outperforms all. They’ve always responded quickly to any of our needs or concerns. This year Jacob Leo came out to open our pool and did such an amazing job! The pool is so clean and clear! Great customer service!! A tree fell on my pool during the winter crushing it. I needed a replacement pool for the spring. Matt provided me all options available, responded to each of my in depth questions in a timely manner, and ALWAYS retuned my calls. The crew that removed my old pool and installed the new one were very professional, courteous, and also responsive to each of my questions. The in-store staff also has been great! If you miss good old fashioned customer service and reasonable pricing, look no further. Ideal Pools IS A MUST for all your pool needs!!

We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew

These guys were so professional and took time everyday to say hello to my two toddlers who watched them during the whole process! Ideal pools not only did a great job they also were able to complete the job weeks ahead of original schedule! I look forward to using ideal pool in the future!

Our salt water chlorine generator failed. Ideal came and diagnosed the problem. We fixed it ourselves (now sure of the issue). Ideal reached out a few days later to be sure we were all set. This is some of the best pool service we have received in this area in many years. Thank you for your help and customer service, it was much appreciated.
