I can’t recommend this company enough. They were proactive in helping me determine what was best for my skimmer leak. They were timely in completing the work and always communicating with me. The men that actually did the work were absolutely amazing.

Last year I had a leak in my swimming pool. Naturally, I asked my "pool guy" who he would recommend. Without hesitation, "In-Depth Leak Detection". In-Depth found two leaks and repaired them, cleanly and professionally. Recently, I thought I had a leak, under concrete between the sidewalk and my home in the main line. They were so prompt in responding, next day! Marcus was one of three guys that showed up. In-Depth Leak Detection did a great job on our pool in Orinda. We noted that the staff were very communicative, In-Depth techs were knowledgeable, Eduardo and helper were respectful, and most importantly, attention to detail was a priority. Applying epoxy to the leaking light plaster ring involved an underwater diver and an extra charge, but we were happy to have the option. Assured this was the only leak, In-Depth found the pool is now good to go. If that turns out not to be the case, I'm sure they will be fair about steps going forward. I would not recommend this company. From start to finish, they were dismissive and rude, ignoring my concerns and failing to follow up. They never returned to remove the form work, which I ultimately had to throw away myself. Most frustrating, they made the decision to leave us with a glaring pink concrete patch without ever asking if we wanted it dyed or matched to the existing surface. Had they asked even a single question, this could have been avoided. Instead, we are left with a repair that looks cheap, careless, and poorly executed.

This is a great company. One that understands that the key to a successful company is making its customers happy. Top to bottom, the service was outstanding and the people from Gene (the owner), Mariah (receptionist) to Jose (on-site manager), are all competent, friendly, responsive and honest. The repair was done over two days, and when they left, you could not tell they had ever been there! They even took some excess dirt away, something I have never seen done before! I highly recommend In-depth Leak Protection if you suspect you have a pool leak!

In-Depth Leak Detection installed a new skimmer in our pool. Their team arrived promptly on both work days and were friendly and professional. They even went the extra mile and pressure tested our pool lines. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend!
