IPB has been amazing! They helped design it, build it, coordinated with the landscapers and they've been servicing and maintaining it ever since. I wouldn't trust this investment to anyone else. Anything that needs done, their service team jumps on it right away. They're responsive, knowledgeable and always keep the pool looking great and the mechanicals running smoothly! Our pool, swim jet and spa experience has been nothing short of spectacular. It's always ready to go...open the cover and the water is always perfect!

Randy and his team are the top notch pool contractor in Denver and the surrounding mountain areas. As a custom home builder, having built (3) pools with IPB, I can attest to their professionalism and quality. Randy recently circumvented a complicated permitting issue relating to water rights on behalf of my client with success. I will continue to work with IPB for the remainder of my career. Randy and his Team at IPB 100% know what they are doing. You will be 100% pleased with your pool! From the initial meeting to the design, build, maintenance and service --Randy and Team at IPB exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Ive been using Integrity Pools for over 10 Years for construction and Service. Randy and his Crew are awesome, Knowledgeable, Courteous and keep their work area clean. Ive had three pools built and The Pool that Randy Jr built is by fare the best we have had. Randy JR Will go above and beyond, Called him up on the weekend and he personally came over.

Randy failed to do his job properly and then blamed the client instead of taking responsibility for his mistakes. He was rude, unprofessional, and overall very unpleasant to work with.

I am working on a project for a hotel with a pool project. Super surprised at how rude Integrity Pool Builders was to me for simply inquiring about a project. I had inquired if they do work for pool decks. The gentleman on the phone told me they don't do commercial work or maintenance. I had noted that their website has pages for both. He said, "yea, i'm aware". Fair enough. Great to see they have good reviews overall on here. I just wouldn't trust their website. Maybe they're downsizing. Regardless, seems like a conversation that could have been had without the attitude.

From start to finish the IPB team was professional, attentive and committed to making our pool building experience top notch for our family. If you’re building a pool in Colorado I’d highly recommend the IPB team!!
