Outstanding Service and Follow‑Through Pool & Spa Medics recently completed a full replacement of our spa heater, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The work was completed in record time, with clear communication and zero disruption to operations. The service team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient onsite, and Tim on the sales side provided some of the best follow‑up service I’ve experienced from any company in this space. Communication was proactive, transparent, and consistent throughout the process. I’m speaking as a seasoned General Man…
These guys over promised, and dropped me like a bad habit. The techs that came out were nice but left without replacing filter covers on my input piping to my pool (see pictures). They said they would give me a tutorial on how to use the filter they installed, but left my pool empty and ghosted me for over a week. Weird. I don’t recommend them. The filter was not turned on, I needed to fill my pool back up and then fend for myself self with a system that was half assembled. Bummer. I usually write good reviews, but can’t in this case.
Here’s some before and after photos of my problem. My pool and spa manufacturer didn’t have enough plaster in the spa bench, so it looked like a minor problem of a little metal rebar sticking through ended up being actually a quite major problem because it was really causing a huge crack all the way through the bench area. My secondary problem was we were leaking behind the skimmer box as evidenced by the rust around the skimmer box. Cut scene to our heroes… And see the result of their work. They re-plastered the whole thing fixed the broken skimmer box laid in new tile and also at my request …
I am an owner of a neighborhood pool, who had a contract to have the pool completed and finished by Memorial Day, as the contract stipulated, and was guaranteed to be accomplished. Not only did they NOT complete the work by Memorial Day, they have shown zero urgency to finish the work. Progress throughout the project has been consistently slow, with crews often working partial days, with minimal staffing onsite. The work has also been sub par, and several areas of tile have needed to be redone. We have now passed the vendor’s completion date of May 20, and the pool remains far from ready f…
• In September 2025, the Board requested proposals from three different vendors for the pool resurfacing project. Pool & Spa Medics submitted a competitive proposal, and the Board met with them onsite twice to review and finalize the scope of work. • During those discussions, the Board emphasized that completing the resurfacing prior to the start of pool season was critical. The vendor assured the Board the project would be completed in time for opening day. • The Board paid a $500 deposit in October to secure a place on the vendor’s schedule specifically to ensure timely completion before t…
We were referred to Pool & Spa Medics for our HOA pool resurfacing (I'm on the board). Their walkthrough and project scope were on a different level than everyone else we talked to (more detail and great recommendations). We had a rough start and a brutal Colorado spring that pushed us back 2 weeks. It was very frustrating for our residents, but Pool & Spa Medics owned the issues, stood behind their work, and made sure the project was done right. They stepped up to service our pool this season when we lost our prior company due to resident rumormongering and false accusations. We are also scop…
Our HOA hired this company and they are way behind and here we are starting June and no pool!!!! Every day I drive by several times and they are standing around the pool as been the same for weeks now......I hope no one ever hires them they have no clue how schedule a job and make the date!!!! DO BETTER!!!!
They are not timely and I am unsure about their work yet due to being far behind schedule after being promised multiple times that our pool resurfacing would be completed by now. We contracted with them in Sept 2025, reached out in March 2026 to confirm start and completion date, April 20, 2026 small crew started project and we have now passed the vendor’s projected completion date of May 20, and the pool remains far from ready for operation. They have missed pre-planned plaster supply order dates forcing us to make alternate choices without actual supply cost adjustments. Unfortunately, the …
