I used J’s for my monthly pool maintenance and I highly recommend them! They are professional, and straightforward. The folks that did my maintenance service were proactive, they let me know if something needed repairs and they got stuff done quick and well.

Working with Justin and J's pools and Spas was an incredible experience. He worked with our home builder on designing the perfect outdoor oasis for our new home. His crew was professional and kept our yard clean a free of debris during the pool build. He was available to answer all of our questions and helped us pick out the most up to date equipment on the market. We had such a terrible experience. We contracted with J's Pool and Spas for the great reviews. They immediately subcontracted out the work. We had a heater installed by a separate contractor. When the header would not work, it was insisted that we needed to upgrade our gas. I requested a second opinion from J's Pools & Spas and they never came. After paying for a plumber and plumbing upgrade, it still did not work. It took 3 weeks to even come to a resolution after I relentlessly called them and requested help. J’s really helped us bring our ideas of building our dream pool to reality! The process was smooth and they were so easy to work with, even with our ideas. They had great suggestions and were always willing to help throughout the building process to perfectly coordinate our new pool. Justin and his team were always available to answer any and all of our questions and even popped over to the house in person when needed. Professional and personalized service second to none. I spent too much time with several Leslie's Pool Supply stores trying to get someone to come out and run a quick and easy diagnostic on our hot tub and pool to no avail. I couldn't even get my name on a schedule. As soon as I called Justin he was able to swing by almost immediately and take care of the entire issue in less than an hour.
