I would highly recommend using The Pool Man for your next pool !! The service was top notch, the communication was thorough and the product they delivered was superior in quality. Not only that, but everyone was so friendly !! All of these things made for a seamless process. My husband and I have built a few pools in our lifetime and this by far was the best experience! In an industry where pool companies come and go, you can always count on Pool Man to be there. They have been in business for a long time and are not going anywhere.

The Pool Man team has been absolutely amazing, from their expertise to their communication throughout the entire process. We first worked with Wes, the designer, over the summer to review the design and discuss exactly what we wanted. Wes was extremely detail-oriented and knowledgeable, walking us through every aspect of the design—from how the pool would complement our home’s layout to thoughtful recommendations on tile, decking, and other finishes. Our inground pool construction experience with the entire team at the Pool Man was a wonderful experience. The designer, Blake, was a consultant and not a salesman so our pool design is amazing and fits seamlessly into our landscape. The way the weeks of construction was planned out and communicated to us was seamless thanks to Anna Maria’s coordination and Alfonso’s management. We made small changes along the way and they were effortlessly incorporated. The pool and decking are beautiful thanks to the amazing builders! We couldn’t be happier with the results 🥰

We recently completed a large pool renovation project with Laurie at The Pool Man. We are extremely happy with the results and look forward to enjoying our pool this summer. The only hiccup we had along the way was rain delays. Laurie and Daniel were amazing to work with, and the trade people they use are great as well. I really appreciated the level of professionalism, organization, communication, and detail put into our project.

My husband and I wanted to build a paradise in our backyard. My neighbor recommended The Pool Man Inc. to us because her parents trusted their work and had 2 pools built by them and so she had them built hers too. We recently had our second pool built by The Pool Man, and once again they exceeded our expectations! More than 10 years ago, The Pool Man built the pool at our previous home. We loved the design and quality so much that when we moved and decided to build another pool, we never even considered another company. Choosing The Pool Man again was an easy decision, and we were not disappointed. Wes did an outstanding job designing our new pool. I called to report the incorrect installation of a a back flow preventer valve. I was told immediately it’s impossible for pool man to install this incorrectly and since I am outside of the warranty there was zero accountability or effort to solve the problem from pool man’s side. Attached are the photos showing the valve was installed backwards causing the flap gasket to pinch and leak water back into the pool. I am sure they will come back with excuses so let me address them now “We would have found this immediately”. Incorrect, a new flap gasket would fix the issue for a while until the cr…

I’d like to update my review. After speaking with Joel, he promptly arranged a service call to address my filter issue. Michael came out today and handled the service, and I would absolutely rate his work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. He walked me through everything he was doing, explained how the issue may have occurred, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His level of customer service was exceptional.
