This is a company I would totally avoid, today I went to Menards and have disability tags and the lot was fairly full and I could not find one handicap spot but yet here was Joliet Pool Services truck parked right there with no handicap tags but I guess he needed to get closer to the store. I called the business and no response either. What great advertising.

Horrible business!! If you even want to call it a business! Called them out for a liner they came cut holes in my existing liner to measure and charged me $60 for the visit. Never got back to me, answered once with a lame excuse now don’t answer. It’s been over a month since they measured my pool. $60 and a precious summer down the drain for trying to give this small business a chance. Pool owners stay away!!! They will give you a $200 cheaper quote than competitors over the phone but Their service isn’t worth 10 cents.

Poor staffing issues. Had liner replaced this May, too much rain and had to pull the water from under the pool.. .. When weather was was better, he had staffing issues. Had to fire him. Finished putting in jets opening myself. And after it was done, I discovered a indentation, under the liner by the steps. I had to drain part of the pool again at my expense and patched it myself. Very often a, no show and never calls to say he wont be over. So you waste your time waiting. Dont recommend using him..

They were great we needed to have a new liner and concrete and new filter system installed they did a great job at a very good price. Easy to work with and they know there stuff

I don't have a pool so I'm not sure how their service is. However, if I did have a pool they would probably be the last company that I would hire. I went to Home Depot this morning and saw the company van parked in a handicapped spot without proper tags. From looking through other reviews, it seems this is not the first time either.
