Honestly, give these guys a trophy. I’ve never seen a business work so hard at being this impressively bad. If you enjoy a side of chaos with your chlorine, you’ve found your tribe. ​The "Schedule" Calling their arrival time a "schedule" is generous—it’s more of a vague prophecy. If they say they’re coming Tuesday, they might mean Tuesday in a different dimension, or perhaps just a Tuesday in 2029. They came out to open my pool, it was less than stellar performance by a long shot, Every Pool connection was hand tight at best leaking water everywhere. They left my ladder in an unsafe condition and my pool pump not working properly. I called wanted to speak to the manager. They refuse to let me speak to anybody and then after everything got settled, even though it was not to my satisfaction they put a caveat next to my name is do not schedule totally unprofessional totally disgusting. Do not use these people.

As spring/summer shows up I just want everyone to know and be prepared for the level of unprofessional behavior of this place. We have dealt with them for 5 years because they installed our filter and we like to have it maintained by them since they installed it. We do this to avoid any issues. This past summer we had our pool closed by them on 9/16. Now let me say we have had many issues in the past but this past year was the worst! This June, Just In Time opened our pool. Two days later, the pool water was gone and the pool was completely dry. I called Just In Time to come out to assess what the problem was. . Just In Time refused to come out. They just said you need a new pool. The liner started to peel and the walls were collapsing due to the pool being empty. No help from Just In Time even though I had been a customer for over 10 years. Very disappointing response.

Absolutely the worst. Broke my hot tub to the point that it can’t be repaired. Pool liner mysteriously sprung a leak right after closing . Refuse to take responsibility for anything.

Beware of this company they try to charge you for services they cannot do. Poor communication, awful Customer Service and service technicians that don’t know what they’re doing.
