I had faith that this company would fix my pool issue, unfortunately I was wrong! Kenneth took my money and never completed the work. He came out for a leak in my pool. He also tried to tell me I needed several different valves here and there. He started with the skimmer as the issue… he slapped sum epoxy on it and tightened the screws and charged me $200. My pool still was still losing water and he Said he would return the next day, he never showed. He responded via text… he SHOULD be able to return the next afternoon, needless to say, he never returned. He also stopped responding to my text …

Ken came to the house on time and was very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly, honest and fair priced. I thought I needed a new pump for big bucks and ken found a disconnected wire in my power box. Small fix. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. Ken did not complete my job I hired him for. Light replacement is now leaking and he is nowhere to be found. Also charge me double what he quoted and complained entire time. Had to hire another company to finish what he started. Said would refund and now has ghosted. I would stay away and hire a reputable company.

I purchased a home in Shorewood that came with an inground pool. . My neighbor introduced me to Kenny from Kay Jay pools As soon as I called him he was there to help. Kenny is a hard worker and doesn’t stop till the job is finished. Honest and reliable. I recommend Him

These guys took my mom for a few thousand dollars for her pool repairs and never did the work all they did was whine on how one of the brothers was sick and they couldn't make or now it was too far for them to travel....etc and they never paid back the money. I do know they are based in and or around the Joliet/Plainfield area. Me and my friends are looking. A buddy caught this pic but got caught at a light and lost them.

Ken opened my pool April 14 2024 on a Sunday while others are closed he fit me in his schedule and did a great job came back the following day to check his work and added more shock to get my water crystal clear very knowledgeable man I highly recommend him to other's.
