I have had nothing but great experiences with KC Pools! Last summer, I had an issue with my saltwater generator not working and they were able to get someone out within a day or two (at a busy time of year) and repair it at a reasonable price. They closed my pool last year and opened my pool this year and the crew was very friendly and courteous and thorough. Their communication with me is excellent. Anytime I ask a question or advice about my pool, they respond efficiently and quickly. I’m glad to have found a pool company that I can trust with all my pool needs!

KC Pools have had our pools back (if thats possible) for a couple traumatic episodes! They replaced our liner after it was ruined by ground water and our last company ignored our problem. And lately, replaced a pump for us. They always respond, are always calm when I want to get cranky. Come right out and get the job done!

KC Pools did a wonderful job! We spent all weekend out there! The pool is perfect, the equipment is great! The crew worked as often as Mother Nature would allow. They did not rush as they wanted things to be done right. Thank you KC Pools for our backyard

We had a pool put in last year. Although we do have a pool the process took longer than expected with very little communication if any at all. The lack of communication made the entire process very tedious and stressful. When we had questions or concerns we had to call multiple times and email. Wouldn't get a call back and the crew would just show up to address the issues unannounced. Concrete was poured for the bottom of our pool with no notice while we were out of town, came back and our dogs had walked all over it. Had we known they were coming we could have put our dogs up to prevent this.…

We had KC pools come out and it was during their transition time to Joe and Jordan. Joe did a great job of answering questions and more importantly if he didn’t know the answer he would find out. Jordan was great answering our initial building questions as well. We had a 3ft drop which required a retaining wall and I had a hard time visualizing what that would look like. There were times that small problems happened during the build but they always made it right and fair. Which I greatly appreciated. Learning about pool chemistry management was great. They have the supplies you need. When it comes to opening and closing or repair this is the place to go to as well.

KC Pools has been wonderful to work with and very responsive and quick to handle our small fix it items on the pool. When we had to replace a liner on our aged pool, they were able to it quickly and make some other fixes we had let pile up
