I had an auto cover replacement installed recently and it looks absolutely amazing. See pictures below. Mark and Josh did the install. kayla was my point of contact for the replacement cover. Bill and Bridget were the in-store employees that answered all my questions and helped me. I also purchased Maytronics active 3000 auto cleaner. If you have ever thought about purchasing a swimming pool, I recommend inground pool with auto cover and auto cleaner almost no maintenance and you’ll save a ton of money on chemicals..

We recently bought a new home with a pool. The other owner had cut out the plumbing to winterize the pool. Clearly, this is not the correct way to do it. SCREAM 😱 Jerry, from Knickerbocker, came out to replace the old pool pump. He was efficient and kind! Old pump vs New! What a difference!

Mark and Jackie came to open my pool for the summer. As a first time pool owner, I had a ton of questions. They were both so nice and answered all the questions I had. They fixed a few issues with my pool that I was so grateful for. GREAT JOB!!!!

We still have the same issue as the previous two visits and now we have a bunch of black sediment in our spa from your crew that supposedly winterized it. I would like a call from a manager or supervisor to figure out how this will be mitigated.
