I had the best customer service and experience with the staff at heatwave pools. I have always wanted a pool and just wanted to inquire about the process. Nimra Khan took the absolute best care of me. She answered all of my questions and concerns in great detail and was so patient with me. She genuinely educated me and was so incredibly kind. I felt like she treated me like family and with so much grace and respect. That girl deserves a raise!! Thank you so much nimra you should teach a class on stellar customer service!! Went to Heatwave Pools to get my water tested and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Nimra was super positive, personable, and really knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made the whole process easy to understand instead of just rushing through it. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Huge thanks to Nimra for such a great experience!

Never thought we would ever own a pool, now I don’t know what we’d do without it! Heatwave delivered a beautiful product. We had our first meeting end of July 2024. They squeezed us into their fall schedule and installed the pool mid October. We purchased the Latham Cancun fiberglass saltwater pool and absolutely love it! Heatwave was a reliable, service oriented company to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

Overall, we’re happy with our new pool from Heatwave, but the experience wasn’t without some frustrations. The finished pool looks great, and we’re excited to enjoy it for years to come. However, after installation, the liner needed to be repaired, which meant draining almost the entire pool. That was disappointing, especially with a brand-new installation, and it definitely took away from the excitement of finally having the pool finished. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Heatwave Pools! Cameron was by far one of the hardest-working people we've ever had at our home. He was incredibly respectful of our property, always professional, and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before he left each day.
