We've been Koala-T customers for nearly 30 years. Owner's Brent and son Matt are friendly, responsive people who've done a good job taking care of our in-ground pool and related equipment. We'd recommend them to anyone in need of pool and/or spa services.

These guys are legit! I called and talked to Matt for the first time I had a problem with my used hot tub that I bought and he came out and said I needed a new motherboard and he gave me the link to order it as it would be A LOT cheaper than going through the manufacturer. And I ordered it and he came out the day after it was delivered and installed it... The next time I called them about two weeks later the jets stopped working on my hot tub and he sent out Brent and after a few minutes he said it looks like a broken impeller and not to order a new one as they probably have a used one in the…

Matt at koala-t is extremely helpful and responsive. He has saved me many times when a guest has caused havoc with my hot tub. I can’t say enough about how great this company is!! Trust 100%!

These guys are AMAZING! I called to see if they could plumb my hot tub they called me back at the end of their business day and scheduled to come out the very next day. They were very professional, friendly and fair priced. I’ve dealt with other pool and spa companies to see if they could help us with what we needed and will never go anywhere else. No ones customer service compares! 10/10 would recommend!

I was referred to Brent by my realtor and a friend that had spoken to him in the past. I really appreciated his responsiveness and candid approach in addressing my hot tub’s issue. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a more genuine expert in the spa/hot tub field. It’s great having the peace of mind that there’s someone I can trust for my future hot tub maintenance needs in the area.

Disappointing service. Lack of communication. They occasionally miss appointments. They broke a water line to the slide and didn't say anything. They do half jobs. They removed the winter cover but left it next to the pool and did not take the summer cover out of the shed and put back on the spool. They took it off the spool as part of winterization. So you end up doing a lot of work yourself.
