We highly recommend West Coast Pool & Spa. Our regular technician, Alan, is a real pleasure to have around. He’s completely reliable and friendly, even plays with our dog. He is also very knowledgeable. Everyone we have dealt with at WCP has impressed us - their service technicians (for winterizing and repairs) are excellent as are all the head office staff (Peter is always responsive and very service- oriented). We have used other pool companies and this company is the best in Vancouver.

West Coast Pool & Spa has serviced our pool for over 15 years and we are very happy with the the level of service they provide. They are professional, highly experienced and respond to requests in a timely manner, are proactive, and have excellent communications. We would highly recommend their services.

I’d give them a five star plus if allowed. I had a warranty claim for equipment they service. The response, advice, by a super friendly, understanding service rep on the initial inquiry was impeccable in every aspect of customer first approach. Same experience with their staff following up, keeping us up to date, communicating and eventually, not only getting the problem resolved, but spending time on explanation everything in detail. Fast and efficient serveice !

Timely and professional service. Work orders completed efficiently. Technicians are professional and well experienced. Office staff respectful and competent. Pool tech could be allotted more time to service the pool. Weekly visit seems rushed.

I've been very impressed with the service from West Coast Pool & Spa over the years. Any time I've needed maintenance or repairs done, even on older systems, their service team has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and able to come up with creative solutions to keep the various systems running properly. The customer service department is also great to work with - they are always easy to work with on the phone and able to schedule service calls at convenient times. Recently, I had an issue with the pump and wasn't sure what was wrong. Their technician came out quickly, expertly diagnosed …
