Where do I begin? Adi is someone you want on your team. I wish I could take him with me to work or everywhere in my life really. The entire LB Construction team is amazing. They are respectful, humorous, kind, with an impeccable work ethic. Adi and his team worked on our penthouse in a Lake Merritt condominium. This is our second project with LB Construction & Remodeling. LB previously enclosed our side porch and built a beautiful sunroom for us which we enjoy every day. It was a wonderful experience, so we returned for this project which was an extensive kitchen remodel +. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The project included our kitchen remodel, adding a banquette, laundry area remodel, repurposing our original kitchen cabinets to the garage and installing large bookshelves in our family room. This is a terrific company! We have used David to do multiple different projects on our house from large projects (a complete demo and remodel of our bathroom), to house painting, window installation and our latest project-- redoing our driveway with stamped concrete. All have been terrific which is why we keep coming back. David always finishes his projects on time and on budget. I had the master bath completely remodeled. Eran provided a very reasonable estimate but more importantly, he was a collaborator with ideas and suggestions. The team from LB construction was professional and efficient. I always knew what they were working on next. The master bath is now my oasis and I love spending time in this space that feels like a luxurious personal spa.

This company was VERY responsive to ANY question I had!! Liran made great recommendations when I wasn't sure what was "current" in style. They also know what the code is. Their price was marginally ( 7%) higher than what my brother paid to a different contractor for his bathroom remodel... but he had problems and I did not. What is your time worth? Just go with the best. I would use them again, in fact, I plan to, as I will have them install vinyl planking later this year in the same house.
