Foundation problems might be scary, but these structural professionals made the whole repair procedure understandable and doable. Palm Construction used hydraulic machinery to drive steel push piers to bedrock and lift our submerged floor to its former place. The doors now shut correctly again. The gaps in the basement wall have been permanently fixed.
