When we decided to put on a composite deck, Trex recommended Legacy as an expert installer, so we included them in our bids. From the very first estimate process, I knew which company I would be hiring (unless the price was ridiculous;). No corners were cut from foundation to roofline; the workmanship looked not of good hired help but of people who take pride in their work. From the initial meeting through project completion this was a flawless project. The quote covered every aspect of the job without deviation. The crew was amazing! They are true craftsmen. Their work was performed with great organization and teamwork. Demo was orderly and the mess was kept to a minimum. Daily cleanup was outstanding. The final product far exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough good things about our experience with American Dream Builders. The quality of the work is outstanding and the pricing was very competitive. Our deck was completed in a very timely manner. Working with David and his crew was a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any deck construction. Someone from this company was going door-to-door in our neighborhood between 10:30-11:30 PM last night hanging flyers on our doors. Completely unacceptable. It disturbed multiple homes and made people uncomfortable at a time when no one should be knocking or approaching houses. If this is how they choose to market, it’s a huge red flag. I would not recommend supporting a business that thinks this is appropriate. We are all very alarmed and upset about this and it is absolutely not okay. People are also thinking this person was casing out our houses because he was in dark clothes with his hood…
