The sales clerk was rude. She told me they no longer worked on my sand filter because they stopped making my type of filter. Hayward company still manufactures my unit. I will not ever use Matthew's again . I have been a faithful customer since 1989

They installed my liner in a timely manner, communicated well and was very reasonably priced. Love our new liner!

They handled my pool project from start to finish and have always been there to answer questions or help with all my pool needs. Great company to do business with!

I just had a terrible experience with Mathews Pools. They had a worker by the name of Jaime he did a horrible job on my pool. He's not working to them and they won't fix the problem. And I paid all of the invoices. They should at least fix my pool. Jaime represented Mathews Pool. Never use Mathews Pools ever. You see all of these bad reviews believe them.

I'm having a hard time conveying how truly upset I am with this company. I called them 3 weeks before Memorial Day to have them come open the pool for summer. The young lady told me it would be after Memorial Day because they were busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was OK with it. I called 6/6 to check the status of the schedule and guess what?! We weren't on it! But they were sorry. (Doesn't get my pool open) For almost 4 weeks we've been waiting for a service that they didn't even have us on their books. We were going to have them replace our liner and pool heater this year but …
