Purchased a new spa from the Cleveland store. Becky made the process very easy and had us scheduled for delivery in Polk County within 2 weeks. As for delivery, initially the Chattanooga store was scheduled to do the delivery but they weren't real gung ho to do it since it required going up some steps of the deck. Becky then scheduled the Knoxville store to do the delivery and these guys rocked. They were like a machine. They also were great on walking me through the start up and even noticed a couple of problems with the lights. They had the parts on hand and fixed the lights right there. Hat…

Love this place. Looking forward to our pool liner replacement. Update: they did a wonderful job on our pool liner! The guy that comes out and measures for the new liner is amazing. Our new liner fit perfectly. The installers were great too. Thanks

Staff is helpful and kind and referred us to Southern Pool Services when I asked for a good pool guy. Brett and Ryan were so kind and knowledgeable and I won't be trusting anyone else for my pool needs. They made time for me when I couldn't get anyone else to come out. Thank you great backyard for recommending such great guys to help me with my pool. Here is a picture of it milky and cloudy and here is a picture clear as can be.

Several several months ago I was raising my umbrella and it snapped This was a very expensive umbrella. I went to the store in Chattanooga and told them the situation. I took pictures for them and they sent it to their main headquarters and told me not to expect to hear back anytime soon if I did at all and sure enough it's been like six or eight months not even a phone call and I paid a lot of money for this very nice umbrella. I would rate their customer service.. 0
