I shopped around 3 different pool companies in Middle Georgia and decided to go with Mid State pools because of Jared Christian. He was up front about every stage of the build, let me know what to expect, so there we're no surprises. His price was competitive with other quotes, but I felt better about the entire up front disclosures and I would highly recommend Mid State Pools and ask for Jared. My Pool turned out amazing 😁

Super professionals from beginning to end. They covered every question we had, and is still just call away if you have any follow up questions. Being new to the pool world can be stressful at times, but midstate pools makes it easy.

We had our pool and hot tub installed by Mid State, and they've continued to handle all of our maintenance and any repairs that have come up. They have always been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. The office staff is amazing—they're friendly, organized, and quick to respond whenever we have questions or need to schedule service. It's been a great experience from installation through ongoing maintenance, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mid State Pools built our pool years ago, and we truly could not have asked for a better team. From the friendly employees at the front desk who help test our water and assist with supplies, to Mike, who has always been willing to answer any question we’ve had over the years, the customer service has been exceptional. As first-time pool owners, we’ve often joked that they all have the patience of elephants when it comes to helping us! All of my interactions have been great. I have dealt with several employees getting my water tested for my pool. Alex, yes same name no relation, has been the best for the information and help i have required to upkeep my pool. However, they are all very friendly and helpful with a ton of information.
