We had a great experience with Mud Turtle from start to finish. When we began researching pool companies and exploring our options we were overwhelmed and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and, to be blunt, laziness that seemed to be a common theme with the companies we reached out to. From start to finish, the entire Mud Turtles team was amazing to work with. Our journey started with simple outreach, as we were curious the price of an in-ground pool. We knew it was something we wanted to do but didn't know where to start. Joe was the first to respond, sharing high-level cost info. I can’t say enough about our experience with the Mud Turtle Team. From our first meeting with Joe, to our site walk down with John, to our design process with Emily. Given the project size our experience was second to none. The communication was impeccable and we always felt informed throughout the process. Expectations were clear, met, and there was never an over commitment. We highly recommend this team if you’re in the market for a built in swimming pool.

Straight to the point, go with Mud Turtle Pools. We did our research talking to/getting quotes from a few different companies, including the “highly known names” in the area. Within a few minutes of sitting down with John & Joe, we knew we would be going with Mud Turtle. They make you feel like an important customer, not just a number. Mud Turtle Pools was not the list of recommended Pool companies I received when we first moved to the area. They were a newer company without the huge portfolio and long list of referral partners. We decided to do our own research and chose them. We chose them because when we reached out with questions, they took the time to answer them. When we had issues with our municipality, they got they resolved. The design process was largely performed remotely because we were previously located out of state. Great service from the folks at Mud Turtle Pools. I recently purchased my home and the previous owners neglected the pool last season. Tons of leaves and algae, and so many pool companies were giving me the run around! I was referred to MTP by a friend and all I can say is WOW. Joe, Emily, and Tyler made sure that my pool was up and running after only a few vacuum sessions. They tested my water for free and had all the necessary equipment and chemicals to get me going. So glad I found an honest and competent pool company in my area!
