I have known many of the team members at My Aquatic Services for several years, so when my fiancée and I began looking for a hot tub for our new home, they were our first choice. We had the pleasure of working with Josh, who made the entire process of purchasing our new Bullfrog Spa smooth and stress-free. From helping us select the right spa to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend My Aquatic Services to anyone looking for a quality pool or spa and outstanding customer service.

I had rubaroc installed around my outdoor pool, was told it would last 10-15 years, after 1 1/2 years it started flaking off and plugging my pool filters, then I found bigger chunks coming off the concrete 2-6 inches pieces, I reached out to the owner and he promised to come take a look at it, but never did, then kept saying he will take care of it and fix it when I call, but still to this day I have not had the problem fixed and he won’t show up…. I have been waiting for over two years now and still nothing. Would highly recommend staying away from this business as they obviously don’t stand …

I had researched a few different companies to come in and fix the issues we had in our commercial hotel pool. No other companies in town were as responsive or hands on with our operation, and their approach, in terms of truly understanding what we needed to have done to not only meet our needs, but also stay within budget. Dan and his entire team have been extremely helpful and gone more than above and beyond to ensure the end result was delivered on time and as initially described. Our pool is the LAST thing I want to deal with while juggling my busy schedule however, the staff and Dan were incredibly helpful on SEVERAL occasions. They have helped revive our pool from the depths of you know where caused by the previous home owners. It has been a 'not so fun' process but these guys keep helping us through.
