I worked with Thomas from Quality Pool and Spa and he was great to work with. Thomas and his supervisor were very responsive over the phone and prompt on their appointments, Thomas was even kind enough to walk me through the repair and show me what to do if it happened again. Reasonable prices for their niche field of repair, and great people to work with. I will only be recommending them to my friends and family with any spa/pool concerns. -Quinton

Trying for months to get bi weekly service. Chad came out three times in 7 months. Promised a bi weekly service, got 3 days for a few minutes each in 7 months. Terrible. . Would have loved to support a small business, but this place is full of false promises and Chad has proved to be unreliable. Don’t waste your time.

Worst experience, as they are trying to charge for parts I didn't order and trying to charge for mileage when they were already in my town for another customer. Crooked business, stay away as they try to charge you for stuff they didn't do.
