We had been using New Canaan Pool Service for our hot tub for well over 10 years, and were very happy with the service Mike provided. However, last summer, when we were having an issue with our hot tub (the motor/pump - which was not inexpensive - that had been installed the previous summer by New Canaan Pool Service stopped working), we called to ask Mike to stop by to see what the problem was. Mike stopped by and told us the motor wasn’t working, which we already knew. We received a bill for $165 + tax for the 5 minute assessment. Massive shout out to Megan + Mike. Not only are they both kind, but it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the quality of their work. We greatly appreciate their attentiveness to detail and respect how honest they are. We couldn’t speak more highly of New Canaan Pool Service! Use them - you won’t look back!
Mike is a first-class gentleman who knows everything about pools. He can deal with computers, covers, leaks and anything else that is needed. He had to finish a pool that was done by a contractor who passed away before it was completed and was able to do all that was needed. The only person better than Mike is his wife Megan who runs his office. I have never met her in person but over the phone she is a pure delight.
New Canaan Pool is great - heard horror stories about so many pool companies but have nothing but praise for New Canaan Pool. All of their employees have been courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Any pool issues we have with our aging system have been promptly addressed. They resurfaced and updated all equipment. Very happy.
So pleased with our pool redo! Coping stones reset, a cracked one replaced, new pool tile all around, new double drains installed, new LED pool lights, and an amazing new StoneScapes interior. All the work done promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this company!
