I hired rave pools for a pool opening May 23rd 2026 and then a pool cleaning one week later. They did open the pool and clean it so they get 2 stars for that. Where I'm unhappy is that they didn't clean up after themselves. They left the cover out (they should've put it back in the pool shed), they left the plugs all over ground so I had to hunt them down (I think I'm still missing one). Response to Rave Pools: I'm confused and concerned by your response because I followed up for the filter quote twice since it was first mentioned to me and I did not receive it. If anything, each time I asked it was as if it was the first time I was bringing this up. The comment on having a similar experience with another pool company is an absolute lie. I hope you record your phone conversations so you can verify this on your end. I've had Rave Pools maintain my pool, open and close my pool, give me quotes for repairs and install a new pool heater. Jaime and Jessica are wonderful people to work with. They are organized, responsive caring, quality oriented, friendly, efficient, professional and friendly. I have been extremely pleased with their services and have enjoyed working with them over the last several years. I can highly recommend them to anyone!

The best pool service ever! We've been through a few. Rave is highly competent, professional, and responsive. The notify when they are almost at the house, about work that is done, that needs to be done, condition of pool, chemicals added, chemistry of pool. You won't find better.

Rave has prompt and efficient service they provide to us weekly. We tried to do it ourselves but was hard and time consuming and we're very grateful for the incredible support! Anjel is really nice and so responsible and reliable. Jamie and Jessica are the best! We love looking at the pool (and soon using it! ) that they take such great care of. Highly recommend!!!
