Our thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to Chrissy, Devin, Matt, Eduardo, Austin, and the entire Newcastle Team! I know I am missing so many people who were involved in our project. We have wanted to work with Newcastle for years and finally had the opportunity to have them redesign our front walkway and landscape. Not only is it beautiful, they answered every question - they are stellar with communication - and I’m hoping I can bring them back soon to do the backyard. Another project for another day!

Chrissy from New Castle was our sales person. She and her team helped us design our outdoor landscaping project for our new home. I had multiple companies come by our home but New Castle was the best fit. They showed up in time, which the other companies did not, they helped design our vision, which the other companies just ansked what we wanted, and they gave us recommendations for best results. I live in the Briarcrest community in Morgantown, PA, which is serviced by New Castle Lawn and Landscape. After the last snowstorm, my driveway was not fully cleared. They left about two feet of packed snow across part of the driveway, which makes it impossible to park two cars and safely get children in and out of our vehicles. The snow has been there for over a week. I reached out to the company today through Facebook Messenger and received only an automated reply saying someone would get back to me. We went from a potentially dangerous situation with old wood on our property for our son, to now a much more manageable environment for him to play on next spring. The team went above and beyond to help with a few unexpected circumstances and in under two weeks we had grass fully grown. Thank you to this team for an amazing job and being fairly priced. We plan to use their services again for outdoor projects!

Chrissy came out to discuss a few issues we were having with our plants and provided expert knowledge on the issues she was seeing. She provided an excellent diagnosis and suggestions on how to resolve moving forward. She is excellent in her work and makes it extremely easy to understand what is being done and why. New Castle goes above and beyond other lawn service I have used. They use a leaf blower to clear driveways and sidewalks even if their lawn treatment didn't cause the mess.
