Working with B&B pools was a wonderful experience. Marcia was very curteous and she patiently answered the many questions I had throughout the process. She did all the purchasing, organizing, and scheduling. I didn't think the renovation work would have gone as smoothly without her dedication and professionalism. The crews who came and did the work clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up on time and worked hard while they were here. All in all, my experience with B&B pools was very positive and I would highly recommend them for any renovation project you are considering.

We are very happy that we worked with B&B to design and build our pool. Our yard was transformed from a blank slate to an oasis all through the wonderful collaborative process with B&B and in particular Ed Mehlig. All of the office and construction staff were fantastic, including the subs they used directly or companies they recommended. Any issues were addressed in a timely fashion and with fairness and professionalism…these folks really do want you to love your pool and the photos speak for themselves! We are now lucky enough to vacation at home…thanks B&B!

Great family-owned business who made the installation of the pool to the closing easy. Good communication, great employees who work with you every step of the process, highly recommend. Justin, Ed, Tony, Todd, Terry, Marcia and Kate to name a few who were involved from start to finish! Look forward to working with them for all our pool needs.

The work crew did an excellent job closing my pool and installing the new Pool Cover. Always a pleasure dealing with both professionals and kind people. Have used them for the last five years. I highly recommend their service and staff.

I called B&B Custom Pools for maintenance on my pool this week. Kate was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me right away. My technician was Todd and he delivered a great customer experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He cleaned my pool, put in the appropriate chemicals, and taught me how to operate the pump. Todd is an excellent employee and B&B is 5 Star Plus Company, Highly Recommended.

I have used B&B Custom Pools for a number of years in servicing our swimming pool. I have used them for pool openings, closings, troubleshooting, and general valet services. I have been impressed by their team - Kyle, Alex, Matt and Joe - and their pool knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer focus. I highly recommend them.

Todd and Terry were professional and informative about the Pool closing process. They cleaned up and made sure I understood what next step I needed to take I look forward to seeing them back in the spring to open the pool. Also, I appreciate the email received with the checklist after the visit.

Todd and team were friendly as usual and very precise with their work. Todd gave me an update on state of my filter and gave advice on annual maintenance and application of diatomaceous earth. They made sure to clean up area and place all my equipment in a specific area for me to put away. Well done boys!
