I am updating my review to reflect the progress Carlton Pools has made in addressing our pool leak issue. While the process got off to a frustrating start due to communication delays and uncertainty regarding the next steps, I want to recognize the positive experience we have had more recently. Carlton Pools helped our family realize our dream of having a beautiful pool in our backyard. They helped with the design, approval through the township and ultimately construction of the pool. Once the pool was finished, they continued to support our project by creating a custom cover and closing our pool for the winter. The West Chester Carlton retail shop, run by Nirav Patel, has been incredibly helpful with our pool maintenance and education on water chemistry. We feel very fortunate to have such a great partner in Nirav!

We always have a great experience at Carlton Pools West Chester store. Nero is very knowledgeable and is always super helpful with keeping our pool beautiful. Amazing service and products!

Overall, not a horrible experience - though service after the sale is left to be desired. The good... The sales process with Dan was good, felt that we received a good deal and a comprehensive package for the price -Finish grade really being the only piece that wasn't included. Though after a few calls - the grading team did come back to tighten everything up. The limerick store is fantastic - super helpful in getting the pool started up, they are always willing and ready to answer any question. Very bad experience with carton pools in warminster. Do not go there!!! I bought above ground pool from there 3 years ago for salt water . They recommend most expensive and promised it Will less for long time. Three yers later all top rails r covered in rust . They sold me a wrong material not for salt water . Talked to some kid saying he is a manager bc big boss did not even take his time to call me back. The kid from store ( kind of manager)said the best way to do is buy new pool . What a stupid answer!! I am never one to write a review, however, I feel compelled to share my experience thus far with Carlton Pools. I have incurred expenses since contracting for my pool, and a lot of that has to do with the lack of communication from this company. They assign a “project manager” that does not respond, nor does he reach out and help guide you through the process. There was a lack of urgency to begin the project and once underway we have felt completely in the dark trying to understand each step on our own. Waste of time, go use someone else, their website may as well be false advertising. This is the pool that is beyond their scope of renovating. Response to owner: you didn’t even try to look at my project. I would suggest others don’t try to use you. Frankly based on the other reviews if they do they are going to put themselves in a tough position. Glad I won’t be spending $200k with your company. Your response is just not at all how the 3 minute phone call went.
