Very pleased with this company! We had such a pleasurable experience meeting and going going over all of our plans with Laurie Robinson. She provided excellent customer service. Todd Kline the owner was also very amazing to work with and extremely helpful when we had any questions after pool was finished. The Crew who installed the pool. From start to finish they let us know what was going on each day and watching them work was awesome. Blue Lagoon did an outstanding job on our pool, concrete also looks amazing! I want to thank you all for turning out back yard into a fun place for our family …

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate over the phone and received several confirmation texts. Sent a photo of my back yard. They were no show, text, call day of appointment. We will not be moving forward with this company due to their unprofessionalism.

I left a review 2 weeks ago and reluctantly deleted it but now this is the second time in 2 weeks that I get there normal business hours are open across all platforms but so to a “closed sign” if the owner is reading this can you please change your hours this is terrible service please hire someone that will actually be at the store time was 11:45-11:54 I was here waiting this is insane to me

The service I’ve received from Blue Lagoon Pools has been nothing short of amazing. Laurie Robinson has been instrumental in the planning and execution of the project from start to finish. Her customer service has been superb. If you’re looking for work or an installation then ladies and gentlemen look no further. Highly recommend
