Found Bill through recommendations on Facebook and super glad I did! Bill and his team were promptly on time, removed a very old furnace and installed a new one. Took all old equipment away and left my basement clean. I have had it a few weeks now, way more efficient, not noisy and looks great! Thank you New England Property Pros

I had a great experience with New England Property Pros. Bill was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with my LG mini split, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Bill is knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Not only that but their pricing was very fair, no surprises, just honest work at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend and I’ll be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Billy and the work he and his team did fixing our dryer vent. Not only was he affordable and flexible with scheduling (even caring about my baby's nap time), but also he was also incredibly kind throughout the whole process. Bill came to do an Air Conditioning season start up. We got an immediate appointment ( Our usual company was booked out 6 weeks🙁) He explained what he was going to do, very detailed, did it, was professional, efficient and the price was very reasonable. He definitely knows what he is doing. He also made a phone call to find out the warranty timeline on our AC units. That’s service! And, as an added bonus, he cleaned our drier vent! We highly recommend New England Property Pros!
