I just had them over for the first time to help me get a filter running on the pool at the house I just moved into in January. It's my first time owning a pool. They sent over three young men to get me started. They were really respectful and helpful. Great experience so far. I can see why the company has a near five-star rating on Google.

Thank you, Pool Doctor. My pool cover had tare over the winter and when i opened it over the spring My pool water was so dark, cloudy and even had tadpoles inside on it. I needed help. I Google searched for the best pool service near me. It was the Pool Doctor that was flexible and made time to provide service to my pool. It only took a few days. They came out to my home and cleard it up. I was informed about the importance of proper winterizing the pool, operning, filtering, adding the right chemicals. I'm greatful for the Pool Doctor. Brenda, Tim and the entire team were outstanding! They were communicative throughout the process and explained everything to me. They came by and provided me different options for the liner replacement and provided me info on other repairs needed to be done. In a busy time of the year for their business, they were able to come over a few weeks later and complete the job. Tim was kind enough to take me through some tips and more while finishing the job. I would highly recommend using them for a liner repair or anything pool related!

The new liner looks fantastic and has completely transformed our pool area. The installation process was smooth, and they took extra care to make sure everything was done perfectly. We have had a great experience working with Brenda and her husband Tim on having a pool cover custom made and on the closing of our pool. We are new to pool ownership as well as to the area and they have been so helpful to us! I highly recommend their work!

Tim ,pool doctor did a great job fixing my cartridge filter fitting and putting a heat pump bypass valve on my inground pool. I would recommend pool doctor without hesitation for any pool work. pool doctors knowledge of the plumbing systems required for a pool was very impressive and the quality of work was excellent.

originally i gave this guy 4 stars..he replaced the liner in my pool in august 2022....months late.... during installation the new liner split he ordered another one put it in a couple weeks later...so summer of 2022 we used our pool for about 2-3 weeks before closing....closed the pool normally september 2025 and sometime in the middle of winter the liner split again so we paid for a liner we were able to used it 2 seasons and 3 weeks...now he doesnt answer emails return calls ...nothing...does not stand by his work

I was in a pinch this Fourth of July! Our filter kicked the bucket about 4 days before the holiday… and we were slated to host. I called around to a few places and got mostly no response or help. The pool doctor got back to me right away and they were able to get me a new pump and filter. They went above and beyond by showing up and installing it the morning of the 4th! Always prompt with response and extremely helpful with any/all questions. I signed up for pool closings/openings with them based on my experience. I could not recommend them more.!
