Highly recommend New Image Pools. Our 24 year old pool was in need of refinishing. After a few trips to the showroom and lots of research, we chose a Prizm Matrix material and it’s beautiful. Every person involved was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We felt well taken care of. Lee Jr and Lee Sr were so helpful as were Valeria, Veronica, Neil and Bob. The different crews were all very good at their craft. The cleanup and follow up was also very good. This business pursues excellence and it shows in the process and end result.

We had a great experience with New Image Pool. Rueben came out and gave us a very fair quote, and the entire process from start to finish took less than two weeks. The crews who came out were professional, clean, and did excellent work. Veronica from the office was also fantastic, she kept us informed the entire time and always called to let us know when each crew would be arriving. The best part is that the pool turned out amazing. We recently had of 60 year old pool undergo a major replaster and update by New Image Pools. This pool was in horrible condition to say the least. Representative Bob was very helpful to say the least. Sat down and throughly went over prices, and the process along with scheduling times. Very straight forward, no up selling, no hidden price fees and other pressure tactics. On time construction with a knowledgeable, friendly work force. No mess whatsoever ever after job was finished. The showroom staff was also helpful when it was time for tile choices. Definitely will recommend to friends.

We needed our pool redone, New Image Pools came highly recommended. Reuben came out gave us an estimate… we were sold!! All of the New Image workers were very professional and courteous. This company was great. I asked and shopped around for a company to replaster our pool that had needed some attention. Everyone spoke highly of New Image and highly recommended their service. Ruben came over and walked us through the entire process. Ruben was extremely helpful, professional and educated us about the maintenance and repairs involved with having a pool. Got a couple bids to go from old faded annd chipped plaster to pebble and ended up going with new image and we are super happy we did. Excellent communication through out the entire process upfront pricing and options with no hard upsell. All of the staff was super happy to help but the stand out was Ruben. If you want knowledge professionalism and promises delivered ask for Ruben!

From the initial meeting to working on design with the office people, New Image exceeded my expectations. Every crew was on time. They all did an excellent job. Finished our project ahead of schedule. Will recommend them to anyone who needs their pool refurbished!
