Our family is celebrating 4 years since our pool was built in 2022. I can't say enough good things about the people at Signature Pools! We experienced fantastic communication throughout the entire process of construction. Jeremy Pope was so professional and friendly at the initial consultation at our existing 20 year old home. Absolutely fantastic company. They were just so great to work with. Professional, timely, communicative, and friendly. Also has the benefit of being a family-owned local company, which is important to me. Signature Pools is trustworthy and provides high-quality service. I wanna start off by saying it took us a while to decide which company to go with, but after meeting Jeremy, we knew Signature Pools was the one. He was so personable and genuinely enthusiastic about his job,which I love because you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. They delivered exactly what they promised! Recently had a pool installed by Signature. Everything from the non pressured approach to the flexibility in making changes as the project rolled out. The pool installation took around 6 weeks to complete. Great communication from Jeremy and the whole team…giving weekly updates for the upcoming week. Love the pool and the local builder was second to none.

avoid, avoid avoid, this contractor never finish the pool nor did he get a final from the city building dept...BUT he did want to paid in full. The construction of our pool was VERY POOR at best. I should have demanded my money back. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!! You have been warned!!! UPDATE 7/5/2025: the bottom of the pool is rusting because the rebar was not placed in the pool deep enough. Now I will have to jackhammer the shallow rebar out of the pool and start $$$ repairs.

We got our pool completed almost 5 years ago. Everything was amazing! From price to actual work completed. Recently had issues with pool lights going out and after getting quotes from the outside, decided to give signature pools a call and they were able to fix the problem, quickly, and efficiently. Their service after being done with pool was exceptional. Highly recommend this company for your custom build!
