Bill was recommended to me by my Uncle who also had an amazing experience working with him. What stands out the most is his attention to detail, his communication and the quality of the workers who he has along side him. He is deeply knowledgeable and friendly! For me, he completed 2 foundations (500sqft and 800sqft) in the same day as well as a 25 foot walkway. Bill was a delight with whom to work throughout our project. The project included replacement of cracked concrete in our driveway and, as only discovered after the work had began, removal of debris perhaps illegally discarded under a sidewalk during construction of our house in 1991. I especially found Bill's advice and the reasons he gave for it to be of upmost importance and usefulness. All work was most professionally performed, completed within budget and time frame. Mr. Lloyd did a great job of making the tricky area between our home and our neighbors by eliminating standing water/adding drainage, making it accessible by adding an sidewalk from our driveway to our backyard AND extending our back patio, and adding river rock as we requested. As a family that been reconstructing for over two years due to a flood, a fire, and ANOTHER flood- we appreciate Mr. Lloyd’s transparency, hard work, and expertise without any misdirection, hidden fees, or delays.

Bill is amazing! The quality of work cannot be compared. He did a curved walkway in the front of our house that is the talk of the town. Neighbors stop by all the time to comment on how beautiful it is. He also did our patio and it is amazing. Additionally, he poured footers for under our shed and we were awed by the quality - very solid! We would recommend him without hesitation. You can't do any better. We just had him come back to pour another patio and walkway. Needless to say, we really like his work.

Bill Lloyd removed and repoured our old broken backyard patio. Wow, we now have a beautiful aggregate patio, maticuously created. I hired Bill because he had done a large front porch for a neighbor several years ago - a testiment to beautiful workmanship. He did the same with our patio. We couldn't be happier with the results.
