I was excited to have a new pool supply store open nearby, but my first experience was disappointing. I stopped by today around 1:40 p.m. to have my pool water tested and purchase chemicals, only to find a note on the door saying they’d “be back at 1.” Unfortunately, no one was there. I also tried calling the phone number listed multiple times, but no one answered. It only prompts you to leave a message, and the voicemail hasn’t even been set up. For a newly opened location, this isn’t a great first impression. It seems like they may be understaffed or still working through some startup issue…

When you are as meticulous as I am, you truly hope that your pool contractor pays as close attention to detail as you would. Geoff @oasis is that contractor. Communication, product, and quality control were outstanding. If you have been debating installing a new pool and didn’t know who to call, this is who you call. 10/10, A+++!!!

Stop in today to get water tested and had a great experience and conversation about pools. It’s a new store with one man doing everything so please be patient he even does service calls which could be inconvenient if you stop in.
