We had our pool installed in 2015 and the pool company recommended One Group Services for pool maintenance. We called Hugo and he responded right away. He explained pricing and spoke with us at length about our pool's operating system and how it works. We hired Hugo and his team 3 years ago and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service and responsiveness outside of the routine service. We recently had an issue with our pump. Hugo and his team have been nothing but amazing. I recommend his services 100%!!!! We have been using their services for over a year and a half now. My husband and I built a new pool in our home and it was our first pool. Hugo walked me through all my equipment and any questions that I had. He is so helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to help and be there for his customers. Unfortunately, I had a leak in my pool and it was Hugo who found the leak and did everything he could to check that everything was done right when the repairs were made. You always hear about what hard work it is to maintain a pool. Let me tell you that since day one Hugo and his team has been maintaining my pool and we couldn't be happier. The pool is always clean and ready to go. If there is any issue to the pool or the equipment, Hugo always answers my call and is willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. After a few recommendations from our pool builder, we are so happy we chose One Group Services. Hugo is so professional with great knowledge about pools and different pool systems. They've been servicing our pool since day 1 and it's always looked amazing. If we've ever had an issue, he has been quick to help us out and always with a smile. When it was time to install a pool heater, Hugo/One Group Services was our first choice. And he did a perfect job with it as well! We highly recommend him!!

The kindness and expertise of Hugo is truly amazing. I was vacationing with my family and our rental house pool guy never showed and we couldn’t use our pool, so I called this company. Hugo did us a HUGE favor and came out to help us and saved the day and made our vacation great again! What a special person!!! Highly recommend!

Hugo and his wife definitely have personality problems, depending on how their days and economic situation is going on, you get a disrespectful answer, it seems like everyone on their ways is guilty for the issues they face

Very unprofessional. I called to request a proposal for maintenance and cleaning services. The person who answered never identified themselves and seemed like my call was an imposition.

I’m a property manager in Miami and work with a lot of pool contractors which is not always easy. The owner, Hugo, responds immediately to inquiries, addresses issues promptly and even drives down to properties to fix the issues himself if need be. Highly recommend!

Recommended by a neighbor for a pesky problem I am having on the suction side of my pool pump system. Hugo was professional, polite, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Exceeded my expectations down here in South Florida.
