I had Organized Pool Service replaced the pool pump and two 3 way valves, today. I was very pleased with the services provided.by the technician. He installed all of the parts in a timely manner. OPS has been our pool service for approx 6 months and I give them a positive recommendation. Thank you Jaqueline

Never shows at the same time for any weekly maintenance. Some days its 9 am other 4pm and i cant leave my dogs inside for 10 hours a days, We have dogs and simple asked if they could knock on the door before entering the yard. Between weekly visits i personally vaccum, clean the filter on top of the service. They claimed they showed up, even though not one of my 4 outdoor security cameras or doorbell camera showed activity, then tried to charge me an additional $40 since my dog was outside. We have worked with the Organized Pool service team for years and they are the best! Great job at cleaning and maintaining our pool- highly recommend!

Service is terrible. Pool turned green so they told me I had to run the pump longer. Noticed the water fall was barely running. Checked the filter and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in months! The pool tech was just there prior to me checking the filter. Crystal is the most expensive so I would expect superior but received inferior service.

Regular maintenance agreement for over a year. Algae bloom explosion turns pool into a swamp. Check security cam and see last week's technician did 0 chemical tests. Call company and they say they'll shock the pool and do follow up cleanings next day. Nobody shows up for the next 4 days despite us calling (never getting a call back) and emailing every day and crystal pools confirming (via email at the end of each day) they will be coming the next day. Finally somebody shows up 4 days late and dumps 2 bottles of chemicals in the pool, leaves and provides zero timeline or explanation for rest of…

We are very pleased with the level of service delivered by Crystal Pools. The owner, Leo, is very knowledgeable and responsive. In addition to weekly cleanings (which are always done well) we have had a variety of other work done by Leo and his team including a new heater, pump, saline system, and pool refinishing. We highly recommend Crystal Pools. 2026 now. This company is no longer what they once were. We ended up dropping them as we were no longer pleased with their services.

This email is to commend your employee “Faiver”. Faiver does such a superlative job on our pool that every former worker (yours included) seems like — in retrospect — a waste of money. We NEVER want to lose Faiver as the caretaker for our pool. Your very happy customer,

The main reason we stopped using organized pools was lack of communication. It’s so hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. Every time we had a question or a problem, we would call, leave a voicemail (no one answers the phone), or text, and it would be followed up sometimes days later with “I will check with “XYZ” and get back to you.” Which in turn took days. It is just so incredibly inefficient. Also, the biggest issue was we had bought a new pool filter, at their suggestion, on April 10.
