Our appointment was for noon and they showed up at 11:00 which was fine with us. They immediately went to work. I brought them a pitcher of ice water and as they worked we were watching and they were very precise and professional. After they were done, they cleaned up and Everything was as it should be. They drain a few inches of water and when they were done they put the water back in from their tanks. Very efficient. Definitely will use them again ..

Our pool and spa tile had not been cleaned in ~15 years! The calcium build up, and staining was extensive. I thought for sure it would take a long time to clean, and never be completely clean. Boy was I wrong! Owsley's drained the pool and spa down below the tile level, cleaned both the pool, and spa tile sparkling clean in about 3 hours! Amazing job. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future.

I don't recall my tile ever looking better, not even when it was new. Nice folks, reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
