Adam and Oswaldo are fantastic. Where other pool companies either never returned our calls or mid diagnosed a leak in our tank suggesting a $10K tank replacement, Palm Beach Pool Pros came out, took the time the properly assess the issue, made the repair and even suggested several valve installations to better preserve our pool heater. They are simply the best!

We had a problem with our pool and we called Palm Beach Pool Pros. These guys were great. First of all, they answered the phone. We called two other companies and they did not answer their phones and we got a recording. Palm Beach Pool Pros answered the phone and we explained what was going on with our pool. They asked questions about our situation and explained what was going on with our pool. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. I can't believe it! Oswaldo showed up on time, knew what he was doing, repaired an ancient pool pump/heater and the price was fair. These guys must be a cross between Mother Theresa and Houdini. I think they can fix anything except a broken heart. Thank you Adam and Oswaldo!

The owner of this company is a racist! I have personally listened to him bash anybody who is not white. He will tell you about his whole Venezuelan crew of people and how great they are only because he can pay them pennies on the dollar while charging top dollar for your services. Not only does he overcharge by almost DOUBLE what other companies charge but he will insult you in the process. Adam will tell you your pool is garbage and that you are cheap for not wanting to fix it.
