Palm came by my front door at a convenient time as I was looking to replace failing siding and old windows. They quoted me a decent rate for the entire project and executed perfectly. Very quality work and the house looks and feels great. Good communication and followup from project leads.

I would not recommend this company. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable. Palm Construction left a flyer on my front door, so I called them on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Sunday because I was leaving town on Monday. During the call, I provided both my cell phone number and my address. They scheduled the appointment for Sunday evening. I rushed home from work to make sure I would be there on time. We hired Palm to replace our old decks. Our project manager was Yonatan. He communicated well with us through out the project. The team did an excellent job in constructing and keeping the area cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and on budget. See the before and after photos.

Building an ADU on our property was a massive financial expenditure. Good thing this firm took care of all the difficult local permits and zoning requirements for us. My folks are very happy with their gorgeous new backyard cottage.

We spent our entire cash opening up our tight master bathroom into a curbless wet area. We spent a lot of work slope grading the flooring and providing a continuous liquid membrane waterproofing before we placed any tile. We have a light, welcoming spa area with fantastic water pressure and perfect drainage.

Quickly poured and finished our new sidewalk extension in a single afternoon before the rain could mess it up. They applied a nice brush finish for traction and cleaned up the splash marks on the foundation instantly.

Watching the amount of dust removed from the vents was shocking but also relieving. The technicians were patient and explained the whole process. Our home now feels brighter, fresher, and healthier. It truly made a big emotional difference for our family.
