Horrible building experience. Nothing was explained, when a mistake is made it was my fault and he even threatened to stop construction. They use contractors and you never know when they are showing up. I personally know another customer that had the same experience. Auto cover was not the right type and sticks up over pavers causing a hazzard that I have to keep weights on so the cap doesn't blow off. Do not use. You've been warned!

This place is great. I had so many problems with my pool when I moved into my house. I have zero pool knowledge and these guys were super patient with me and helped get everything I need to get it running. They were also really good at only selling me what I need and not trying to upsell or get me to buy stuff that wasn’t necessary.

We are having issues with the chemicals, or lack of, in our pool. I went to a competitor and had my water tested and was advised to do x,y and z. Worse case scenario was to drain pool half way. Ugh. The provided a computer print out of and what action needed taken. I have fiberglass pool and called the guy from who we purchased it and he told me draining is last option, but, there is a specific way to do it if needed. Based on the print out of what we needed, we asked him and he recommended we do a, b, and c. We tried to educate ourselves with the plethora of info online but were o…

So. We had purchased an inground pool from then last year. It was a nightmare to even get it installed. We were told that we were the first ones to get it installed. Was told that they would be in contact with us when the pool came in. A few weeks had gone by and no calls so I decided to call them. Originally, we were told that it was because of the weather as to why it hadn’t been installed, later to find out that the pool wasn’t actually in stock. Okay. Fine.
