I highly recommend Parent's Pools. I hired their company for a "complete" pool resurfacing & repair project. Mine is an older pool - 1984 and needed both new surface & updating & repairs. I am very impressed with Mark Parent's professional hands on owner style & vast level of knowledge which he happily shares. Mark was very responsive any time I needed to consult with him. My project is 1 year old and it still looks terrific. I am very happy with my investment & selecting Parent's Pools. Thanks Mark

We recently had our pool redone by Mark. We purchased a home in Casselberry, but the pool had clearly been deteriorating. The poop brown tile choice was an abomination. Having never owned a pool before, Mark was patient and thorough in explaining options for renovation. He provided a clear estimate and outlined the possible additional costs. He did two visits with us prior to our agreeing to use him for the renovation. We did a pebble finish with new 2-inch tile that looks superb. Huge shoutout to Mark from Parent Pools for the incredible work on our backyard. We just finished up our pool a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with how everything handled. Mark is super friendly and kind. Loves animals, so that's always a plus in my book. We chose the Blue Bayou mini pebble for the finish, and it looks awesome. I hired Parent's Pools to order and install a hand rail for my family's pool, as a surprise. They really needed it for help in getting in and out of the pool for themselves, as well as for a disabled child. Mark met me at my office at a convenient time and location for me, to go over some handrail options and color ideas. We settled on the color and style, signed the contract, and off we went.
