Very disappointed with this company and service. I hired this company to replaster my 23 year pool back in 2021. They were highly recommend by a friend. They completed the replastering the end of May 2021. Fast forward several months my pool company servicing my pool said there was a leak. I contacted them and they came out and took months to figure it out and said it was fixed. My contract came with a 5 year warranty. Fast forward again several months, I still have a leak. They will not return my calls and did not respond to the certified letters that were mailed. I filed a complaint …

Can't give Peak Pool Plaster and Anthony and Sylvan Pools negative stars even though they deserve a minus 5! The plaster on my $66,000 plus pool looks like a disaster. Peak Plaster and A&S came out and said it just needed an acid wash. IT GOT WORSE and they didn't come back again. Had the Nevada contractors board get involved. Anthony and Sylvan and Peak Plaster didn't even have the courtesy to show up. Did a yelp review, got called from A&S headquarters and said they would get right back to me. Guess what..... Peak did a great job on our owner/builder pool. Jennifer was super helpful and they were always flexible. Their work was beautiful and we love the results.

I paid to have my poll remastered. The plaster had streaks and the finish is horrible. They had to acid wash the pool 3 weeks after. The plaster was scaling” I paid an extra $1000.00 for them to brush the plaster and keep up the chemicals. They couldn’t even manage that. It’s a complete ripoff. THEY DONT CARE. I recommend you do not do business with this company. I’m not happy at all. 👎 I paid for the pool to be replanted correctly. Peak pools did a terrible job. This company came out to our property to plaster our pool, they damaged two light bulbs that had been repaired (by this company) and working prior to plastering. Company then came out to re-repair lights and was having difficulty in explaining how many lights they repaired verses how many lights were present in our pool. Company then stating plan to charge $1,000 to repair entire light structure in one effected light. When looking at work done, it appears the seal was not properly replaced by them post pool fill; with this company then causing the current damage. Do not use this company. They …

Peak Pools plastered our first pool in Willow Creek/Summerlin and has re-plastered several since. We have had plain white, colored, and recently Pebble Sheen. Peak's office staff is super responsive and I recently met the owner John after all of these years. John is super knowledgable and his input was invaluable on our recent project. Trust Peak Pools for all of your plaster/tile needs! Special shout out to "OTTO" who takes care of alot of the miscellaneous work items, he is super friendly and will do whatever it takes to get the job done to your satisfaction.
