From start to finish and even post install support, Pelican Pools will always be my go to pool company!!! From Michaels in depth rendering presentation, Johnathan’s boots on ground approach throughout the entire project, we always felt like the Pelican team was doing 110% to bring our backyard vision to life!! I will continue to refer these guys to my friend, family, and real estate clients for pool and spa needs! We look forward to the start of summer every year even more now thanks to Pelican!!

This was my first major project in some time and the team at Pelican was amazing! Communication was always spot on and clear Job went smooth as silk! Could not be happier with the process and of course the end result. 12/17- can’t say enough about how great working with the team at Pelican has been. We could not have had a better experience with a pool company. We interviewed 5 different places and no one came close to Pelican. It was a no brainer. That was confirmed through the process of designing the pool, along with the quality of work during the construction process. Jon and Jonathan were always on site, so helpful and communicative through the process. You can tell that they care deeply about each individual pool and customer. The guys did a phenomenal job on my pool. This is a new home build. Jonathan and Michael did a great job, working together. We had a tree fall from a storm, within the first six months of living, in our new home. They immediately came out and corrected the issues. Justin and his crew do a great job weekly, on the pool cleaning.

Just recently switched services to this company about a month ago. Customer service has been stellar. Justin (the owner) has been responsive and open to assisting with needs; also with great customer service. The young man who services our pool has also been great, efficient and is professional. I have called the office and spoke with 2 separate women. Both of which have also been customer service oriented when assisting with needs. So far, so good.

Pelican Pools is that rare family business you tell everyone about. They built us a stunning pool, pushed back on my bad idea (thankfully), and made sure we ended up with something we’d love for years. They help you think through options, challenge your assumptions, and make sure you don’t screw up your dream yard. Absolute best in the region. Don’t hire anyone else. We couldn’t be happier with our pool, from designing with Sally, to the construction stage with Jonathan and John Jr. Any questions or concerns along the way were addressed. Everyone in the office we spoke with was friendly. We love the finished product!! Exactly what we wanted!! Justin was great with “pool school” and monthly service set up. We look forward to our first swim!!
