We had an amazing experience with Premier Pools from start to finish! John, our sales rep, was fantastic—super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and never pushy. He made the whole planning process feel smooth and actually enjoyable, which we really appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Premier and the final result of our pool project and would recommend working with them. Aric, our Project Manager, was excellent—responsive, professional, and great at keeping us updated on the subcontractor schedules. We also want to specifically commend Gilberto and his team on the outstanding tile and travertine work. While we are happy with the end result, in hindsight the sales and design process felt a bit rushed. Our experience with Premier Pools & Spas was exceptional from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. The experience we have had with Premier Pools & Spas has been outstanding over the past six months. From the sales experience to design to construction we have been extremely pleased throughout. We began interviewing pool construction companies in late August of 2025 and got multiple quotes; and while it took a bit for our schedules to line up for a get together with Premier we are very glad we waited. Very happy with the service and final outcome! John designed a great pool for us that fits the space and met our needs. Aric was great in managing the project afterwards. Always on top of everything and always had the project moving forward with subs scheduled. We're also very happy with the subs used on the pool. They did great, clean work and were very proficient.

This pool company is great. They have been very easy to communicate with and work with. Jon is the best sales person and helped us with our design as we were working with an awkward slanted yard. Aric always came to check in to make sure progress was happening. We were very impressed with how quickly this project got finished once they started. They are great at customer service and doing what’s right for the customer always. They take a lot of pride in their work and our family has been able to enjoy our pool each summer!

Premier is the best! We worked with Dedra Erwin (sales) and Willie (project manager) from start to finish. They were transparent and communicated everything so clear and easy. They have the best warranty on the market for pools and their crew was amazing to work with.
