WOW!!! My mind is blown. Take a look at my before and after photos. Our pool water turned green due to the high pollen count and excessive winds that we have been experiencing. Chemicals were added and in 15 minutes the water changed back to blue. Thank you Perfect Pool Service for a job well done. I am still sitting here looking at my pool and I am stunned and so grateful.

I contacted Perfect pool service because they sent out mailers advertising pool service for $35 per visit. I was not ready to start service because my pool was empty but was assured the price would be the same all summer. A few weeks later I called to start a biweekly service and was told that the manager had just created a new flier changing the price to $89. Worst Pool Cleaning Experience, do not use. I have used Perfect Pool for the past several years and recently had many issues. #1: I had replaced my pool gate last year and somehow a post snapped off at the ground level and it just happened to be near where the skimmer basket is at that they access weekly. I used perfect pool service and they said that they could do a weekly cleaning for cheap. I should have known this would be too good to be true when they started telling me that my filter system needed to be replaced. Over 1000 dollars later and THEY PROMISED they would clean my pool. Never happened! Freddy is the manager and honestly shouldn't even own a business. He doesn't prioritize customers that he makes promises with. People come out and leave without warning. We had 3 different pool companies servicing our pool in the past, and we weren’t happy with any of them. But for the past 3 years, Perfect Pools has been servicing our pool weekly, and our pool has never looks so great. We finally found the right people to service our pool. Josh is our tech, who is passionate in his work and friendly and always on time. Every time we see Josh, he always puts a smile on our face. . I recommend this company highly.

After being with this company for almost 2 years (we did have a few glitches) they informed me they need to do a special treatment due to the winds we had. The cost of this is $350, but I get it for the discounted rate of $250. If I don’t get the service they will not continue to service my pool. I have never heard of such a thing. They have fired me as a client for refusing a service I don’t feel I need. BEWARE

We had a good experience with Perfect, Jose was right on time and put in the new dual speed pump and fixed all the problems. Great service and they offer quality products. We are thinking of going with a new heater for our pool and spa soon from them.

Josh is exceptional! On time, thorough, and very professional. We just re-upped after selling our last home, and then building a new one with a new pool. Josh is the only guy we trust.
