Perry Pools built our pool and have been servicing it for years - open, close and weekly maintenance. They’re very professional and knowledgeable. When we first started, Tito told me he “will take care of it like it’s my own pool,” and it’s been absolutely true.
The technicians from Perry Pools who came to open my gunite pool ran the pool pump and DE filter without adding DE to the filter. When I questioned this, they told me it was not necessary until the next cleaning. As a result, the filter pressure climbed to over 30 PSI. I pointed out that the issue was likely due to the filter not being charged with DE, but they disagreed. I ultimately had to clean the filter myself because it became clogged with dirt, then recharge it with DE. After doing so, the pressure immediately returned to a normal 11 PSI. Slight error in the opening w the filter. But amazingly the gal on the phone scheduled us same day. At 7:15ish as the sun was going down and getting chilly Bruna and Kevin came and saved the day- and weekend. They did it with smiles and expertise. This customer service is why we use Perry Pools. Two seasons ago we decided to leave the initial pool company that installed and serviced our pool for almost twenty (20) years due to a decline in the quality of their service, their attentiveness and their inability to determine why our pool started losing water and our heater/pool pump began leaking. They performed multiple tests, had a diver come out and then disconnected various outlets from our filtration system all with no resolution. Based upon this we contacted Perry Pools. They came to our home and talked to us about their organization and the various services and programs they offere…
I would definitely recommend Perry Pools, Paul was wonderful to work with, returned my call promptly, came out same day to service our indoor pool motor. Very knowledgeable, professional, polite. Followed up immediately.
They have a new technician, Tristan, who is wonderful!
