Pla-mor pools installed my pool 3 years ago and 4/18 I am paying the price! Stay away from them!!! When they built it, their machine got too close to the wall and moved it inward about 2-3” so they pulled it back and anchored it down. They gave me a used light in the pool which also doesn’t meet code (doesn’t come out of the pool and sit in the pool deck)! They gave me a used pool pump and now I find out that they measured the vinyl liner wrong and it is way too big causing excessive wrinkles. We just finished our pool project and everyone at Pla Mor was fantastic. From the very beginning, Steve was very patient and never a pushy salesperson. Once we signed the contract, MaryAnn was great to deal with and very responsive. They helped us work through some permit issues that many companies would have left to the homeowner to figure out on their own. From the initial call and meeting with Steve, and the many emails to Mary Ann and Brittany, every single aspect of my install , from start to finish, was handled with such professionalism, respect and most of all, patience! I must have worried them all to death but they never lost patience with me. I had 3 surgeries in 9 months and was home for the whole production! I highly recommend Pla-Mor Construction they were so considerate, polite and helpful. I could not have asked for a better service guy than the gentleman who came out to do my repair work so many thanks to Brittany and Thomas for their help and especially for Lou who did my work.
